Power over Ethernet (PoE) offers an easy, fast and cost-effective solution for powering network products. A midspan injects power and data to the network device with built-in PoE support. No need to replace existing Ethernet switches and cabling infrastructure. AXIS Power over Ethernet Midspan 8-port supports 8 network devices at the same time for cost-effective installation. The multi-port midspan delivers up to 15.4 W per port and is IEEE 802.3af compliant, which ensures compatibility with most Axis products that have built-in support for PoE.
