The MSR4000 Series leverages separated data and control planes, dual main processing units (MPUs), and support for up to four power supplies. The routers provide a full-featured, resilient routing platform with the latest multicore CPUs, offer 10 Gigabit SFP+ integrated, provide an enhanced PCI bus, and ship with the latest version of HPE Comware software to help enable high performance with concurrent services. With the Open Application Platform module, the MSR4000 Series offers a wide range of virtualized applications.
